Welcome to NexusAI. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our API, website, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Services
You must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your API keys and account.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models of NexusAI. You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

At NexusAI, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our Services.
1. Information Collection
We collect account information (such as email) and usage data (such as API logs, audio files for transcription, and text prompts) to provide and improve our Services.
2. Data Retention
API logs and processed audio/text are retained in accordance with your account settings and our data retention policies. Audio files processed for transcription are temporarily stored during processing and deleted shortly after, unless otherwise requested by the user.

These terms govern the purchase and use of service credits within the NexusAI ecosystem.
1. Credit Purchases
Credits can be purchased via our dashboard. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
2. Expiration
Unless otherwise specified in a custom enterprise agreement, purchased service credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Promotional or bonus credits may have an expiration date.

To ensure system stability and fair access for all users, NexusAI enforces the following rate limits on our API services.

When you reach your concurrency limit, the requests will be queued. When a transcription completes the next item on the queue will begin. All transcription will be served but they will take longer than usual.

This Data Processing Addendum supplements the Terms of Use and applies where NexusAI processes personal data on behalf of a Customer in the provision of the Services.
1. Roles of the Parties
The Customer is the Controller and NexusAI is the Processor of the personal data submitted via the API.
2. Security Measures
NexusAI implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest.
